Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meaning:
- The “Customer” shall mean the renter of the JAMCAM kit from JAMCAM

Delivery

- JAMCAM will deliver the kit within the rental price agreed (UK only)
- The customer is responsible for return delivery within 2 working days of rental period end
- Return delivery must be by min. Special Delivery Next Day
- If the customer fails to return the JAMCAM kit within the agreed period, JAMCAM have the right to retain the deposit until the rental package is returned
- Upon late return the customer will be subject to a late delivery charge of £30/day


Rental Period
- The rental period is as defined in the rental form

Deposit

- Customer credit card details will be taken as a security deposit
- The maximum deposit is based on the total value of the JAMCAM kit (£550), minus the original rental value
- Upon safe return of the JAMCAM kit in a similar condition to that when it was sent out to the customer, the credit card details will be destroyed
- Any faults or missing components should be reported immediately upon receipt of the JAMCAM kit
- Upon return of the rental package, if JAMCAM deem there to be an unreasonable amount of wear and tear a charge may be made up to the maximum deposit
- The following charges will be made for loss or damage to the JAMCAM kit:
- Loss or theft – £550 minus the original rental value
- Lost remote – £40
- Damage to cabling – £40
- Damage to lens – £80
- Damage to recorder – £160


Gift Vouchers
- JAMCAM rental gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase
- JAMCAM rental gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or damaged
- JAMCAM rental gift vouchers can be upgraded for a different JAMCAM rental product for a higher monetary value. Please contact JAMCAM to for processing

Data Protection
- JAMCAM will not share your information with any third party
